About RE•KŌD
RE•KŌD offers massage therapy and movement coaching with a focus on recovery, injury healing, and strength training. The owner provides massage, sports massage, Myofascial Release, and strength training with over 14 years of experience, understanding the body in a comprehensive way. He treats you like a person, taking the time to listen and figure out a path for healing or training. His manner of working elevates a person’s inner spirit as a necessary booster to the physical work. Clients report it is by far one of the best massages they have ever had, with the practitioner knowing exactly where the pain points are. The treatment is great for pain in the neck and shoulder, and clients feel good afterward. For long-term issues like bad hips and back problems, a tailored recode program and different exercise routines can make a world of difference, allowing clients to do things they were not able to do in years. The venue is comfortable, dynamic, clean, and well-maintained. He is highly recommended to friends, family, and anyone in need of body work.

I had seen a couple of specialists and tried different therapies (my GP just gave me lidocaine shots and said I should come back for imaging if it didn’t feel any better). Nothing helped.
Nick was great at incorporating different techniques to find and treat the issue, including massage, electro-stim, and some cupping. He also used some great anatomy software to show how the injury was referring pain.
I’ve noticed a big difference in both pain and mobility and will continue to see him to accelerate healing and alignment.
