I have been seeing Dr. Blair off and on for my back pain since 2015. She always finds the spots in my body that contribute to my back pain. She does gentle adjustments and then provides me with posture changes, stretches, and analysis on how I can help to fix and improve my mobility and pain management. She doesn't just do quick adjustments and then sends me on my way, she focuses on what is causing my pain and gives me methods in addressing it to correct the misalignment.
