To make it more frustrating, we’d also only been told to cover our hot tub, not the patio, so there was some scrambling once the tech arrived for the rescheduled visit.<br><br>That said, Orkin made real effort to make it right. A supervisor called and apologized, and got a technician out the very next morning. The tech himself was great - fast, thorough, and even rinsed off some drips that missed the tarp on our porch. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters more, and Orkin stepped up. We’ll continue using them.”

“Jay and his team really did a remarkable job overall. They went above and beyond putting in extra time to make sure we were happy before they were all done with the project we hired them for. In addition to the work they had planned on doing, indirectly we had an issue with our old irrigation system severely leaking with no simple way to shut it off except at the street. Instead of just leaving me to deal with it, Jay was able to get one of his technicians to come out within 30 minutes to take a look and work to get it resolved so we could at least turn the water back on that afternoon. They really came through and we will definitely be looking to use them again in the future.”
