Marianne is the most conscientious and professional pest control technician I have ever encountered. She always shows up highly motivated with a warm smile. Whether it's her first job of the day or number 9 on Friday late afternoon, Marianne treats my home as if it's her own. This last time, I expressed concerns about a possible mouse sighting in the garage. Marianne left no stone unturned, searching for mice and signs of mice throughout the garage, the house, and the entire yard, then took extensive preventative measures just in case. She always goes above and beyond.
Great service. Marianne is our technician and she always does a thorough job and is very knowledgeable. She answers questions and is always willing to come back out before our scheduled date if we need her. Very reliable and helpful service.
Mr. Gaitan was out here within one day. He did a thorough inspection of the ant problem. He determined the best way to deal with the problem and potentially end it was to use bait traps which would end the problem perhaps permanently as they would kill the entire colony. Spraying or using a foam would only kill the ants we could see and block them from entering from one point. The problem was that they would likely find another way into the kitchen and the problem would start again. I think Mr.Gaitan’s thinking was thorough and reassuring.
