The customer service (SME) that took care of me was super helpful, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Her five years of experience working there really showed, (had to ask). She not only went above and beyond to ensure I had diagnosed the problem and parts I needed, but also advised of the one year warranty on the parts I purchased. Top notch! Great and seamless experience. I failed to ask her name which I usually make a point to ask. Hope she gets a raise.. Definitely recommend.
