I didn't know this place existed until today. I needed a replacement knob for my dryer and luckily they had that part was in stock. Ryan was the gentleman that helped me and I'm very pleased with the customer service and the product. The replacement knob fit perfectly and I was able to use my dryer again. If I have any future needs in regards to a replacement parts to one of my appliances, I'll make sure to come back!

The customer service (SME) that took care of me was super helpful, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Her five years of experience working there really showed, (had to ask). She not only went above and beyond to ensure I had diagnosed the problem and parts I needed, but also advised of the one year warranty on the parts I purchased. Top notch! Great and seamless experience. I failed to ask her name which I usually make a point to ask. Hope she gets a raise.. Definitely recommend.

Fast service and affordable prices. I placed an order online and picked up the part within 2 hours. They had a competitive price when compared to others. My refrigerator is now working like a champ and I don't have to go through the hassle of buying a new one. Also, they have really good coffee for while you wait. Can't wait for another appliance to break so I can go back!
