Had a fantastic experience with Floorscapes: start to finish. Shanae really helped me understand the pros & cons of the various carpets. She organized everything regarding the install, stopping by at the beginning, ensuring the installer understood everything, and then visiting upon completion to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. There was a small incident regarding a tile, which Shanae made sure was taken care of immediately. Overall, great quality carpet and fabulous customer service. Highly recommend!

Floorscapes did an excellent job installing wood flooring, tile and carpeting in our home. They also coordinated a walk in shower remodel. They helped us in choosing all of our flooring and shower tile choices based on our wants and worked with us throughout the installation process to ensure we were and are happy with the results. The owner personally came out and addressed our concerns and the excellent staff ensured satisfaction. I highly recommend Floorscapes to ensure good quality products and a good installation experience. Great people who take pride in their work!
