Extremely satisfied with how quick they installed our new refrigeration unit!! Very reasonable costs and exceptional customer service I would 100% recommend them to anybody in Albuquerque.
Ernesto was amazing!!! I called him due to my heater making a loud noise. Not expecting him to show up the same day he got me in his busy schedule! He explained every step in his trouble shooting and was patient in the process. He took parts to his office to work on them and came back the same evening!! He went above and beyond any HVAC person I have ever called. He was honest, trustworthy and very reasonable with his pricing (which is very hard to find now days) and I would recommend him to everyone.
Although I have yet to enlist their services, they will be the FIRST business I call for any professional work needed! I took on a toilet valve replacement project myself but ran into a roadblock. After succumbing to my frustration, I searched for a professional near me. I called and spoke with Ernesto and explained my issue. He very well could have came out to complete the job himself and make a quick buck. The price he quoted was most certainly reasonable and he was clear that he was willing to do so but also took the time to walk me through what I needed to do and even sent a couple of links for the precise tool I needed to fix it.
