I'm new to Albuquerque and needed a new someone to wax my eyebrows and I found Waxing the City and was so glad I did. They do a great job and booking online couldn't be easier. They discount your first wax and have a lot of other great deals on pricing. If you need something waxed, I'd definitely check them out!
I wish I could recommend Johnna to every woman that gets Brazilians in the whole world. Before I started going to Waxing in the City, I’d nearly decided that waxing was just not the hair removal process for me due to the pain I was experiencing with a waxer at a different business. Now I will never go back on getting Brazilians! The method of waxing and type of wax they use at Waxing in the City is just superior. Once again lol, Johnna is truly AMAZING and I am now devastated moving out of Albuquerque and being faced with finding a new cerologist.
I’m a bigger girl and I don’t have a “normal”, skinny lady looking area. Having said that, I did research because I want my first visit to really catch me, or tell me to stay away. I read reviews where some people were upset about this location. I would read them and think, “hmm”.
I went in for my first appointment. It’s BUSY. They keep to their schedule. I recommend being at least 5 minutes early. I’ve worked in a spa where you have to keep your schedule.
