EJ was phenomenal with my grumpy little dog. She looks amazing place was absolutely clean and fabulous next time we’re in Albuquerque and we need our pets groomed. This is where we’re going.
I honestly didn’t expect to be writing this kind of review, I'm still a little stunned. We have a rescue dog who came from an abusive background. He’s incredibly nervous around new people, especially in unfamiliar settings. Grooming has always been a nightmare, and we’ve walked out of more than one appointment in the past because he was just too scared.
But Pretty Pets Grooming? I don’t know what kind of magic their staff has, but they completely changed the game. From the moment we walked in, they moved slowly, spoke gently, and gave him space. Our dog Carl is pretty shy and doesn’t always feel comfortable with strangers. I am so relieved I found this place! He did well and was so clean and happy afterwards. Not to mention they were fast and had great communication. Definitely recommend
