I recently had Kelly from Ortega Quality Mechanical out to work on my very old swamp cooler, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. This unit is an decade old and has been finicky for years, but Kelly approached it with real expertise and care. He diagnosed the issues quickly, explained everything clearly, and got it running better than it has in a long time.

I placed one review before based on the good job Jake did cleaning my vent. I had to do another review based on Jake's character. He went over and beyond his duty to help me trouble shoot why my Swamp cooler wasn't working. He was respectful and personable from the beginning, His kindness , character and knowledge about his business is why I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing, heating and dryer vent service. Definitely 5+
