My biggest complaint is that there is STILL no patient portal. Even my car dealership and hairdresser have customer portals. I understand HIPAA but the technology has been ironed out for years. Please get one going.“

“I've used Infinity medical center for the past couple of years. I never got to work with Scott directly, but my wife has, so I can't directly say anything about him although she has told me many great things about him as an NP. I can however say something about the business that he runs and the services they provide. The office is always extremely neat and organized. The staff are ridiculously over the top nice and after a while, they will recognize you as soon as you walk in the door. The services are very professional and use the latest in technology.
