One of my favorite yoga studios I've ever attended. All the classes instructors and staff are welcoming and wonderful and a good variety of classes-- I especially love the longer restorative classes once a month ! I love this studio and recommend to all my friends.
Lovely, open space, high ceilings and natural light.Excellent range of classes from yin to Ashtanga Primary.Prop-positive classes: I learned more about how to effectively & beneficially use props for my practice in this school than any other in town.Bhava also offers yoga teacher trainings. One of my close yogi friends enrolled and thoroughly enjoyed their experience.
