“Best haircut I’ve had in years!Spent 20 years getting military haircuts weekly so those were just clipper cuts. Grew my hair out for a couple of years and never got a decent haircut so just started shaving it off. Kept doing that for 10 years until letting it grow past the shoulders. Got it trimmed frequently but it always looked terrible until making an appointment with Oty.She looked at a few pictures and went to work. When she was done with my hair it looked exactly the way I wanted. “First, this salon is gorgeous and klarissa is amazing!! I was extremely nervous to have my hair done as I had been let down several times prior to my appointment. It was my first visit in and I had the pleasure of having my service done with klarissa whom was highly recommended. Klarissa immediately greeted me. I arrived early and she sat me down and started to examine my hair. I came in for a color correction with very brassy orange hair from being blonde, going dark in the fall/winter then attempting to come back to blonde. I knew I couldn’t get my results immediately but I had a very bad previous experience. Klarissa gave me her honest opinion, she consulted with me prior to my appointment via text message and was very clear on what to expect. She achieved my desired color in one visit. She was so professional, friendly, she was so gentle on my hair from the service, to the wash, to the styling. “I was super nervous going in because I never before had done brow lamination and tinting hadn't gone well for me before. Sam took complete care of me and made me feel so welcomed, literally like a friend doing my brows. Her work is amazing and she always checked with me before moving on to the next step to make sure I liked it. I have never been to a waxer that did any sort of mapping but Sam did which is now my new favorite thing. I even got my mom took book an appointment when I showed her my results.
