I have had arthritis since my 30’s. Other exercise options have ended quickly due to increasing pain but I have been exercising here for over a year and it is awesome! It takes a while to get used to their scheduling system but I enjoy the flexibility of numerous class times (also the newly gained flexibility of my body 😝).
I really enjoy the variety of classes and the instructors
I started out with the 4 pack couple months later went to the 8 classes and now unlimited and I try to go when my schedule allows me is a plan it's me it's a fun place to work out and laugh along the way
