I would give them 10 stars if I could. Gene did an excellent job repairing our GE dryer. He called me back within minutes after leaving a voicemail. He was able to come out the next day and he diagnosed & repaired our dryer within 30 minutes. He was super nice and we’re very happy overall with their customer service. Their prices were reasonable too. HIGHLY recommend them.
Called for an estimate on a dryer issue and Mr. Ed gave me some troubleshooting advice to try first, which will potentially save a service call. So appreciative of helpful and honest professionals as Mr Ed.! Should I still have a need I most definitely will be calling Mr. Ed’s Appliance Repair. Thank you Mr. Ed!!
Such a nice man! My dryer was making some noise. He happened to have time same day. He was over here in a snap. He diagnosed and repaired super fast and didn't try to charge me for any unnecessary stuff. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend.
