“Have a Jacuzzi tub that no one even wanted to look at.. other plumbers said call a hot tub repair person and the hot tub repair people said call a plumber. Thankfully Braden and Charles were willing to look at it and made the effort to find the parts needed and got it fixed. Also had a hot water heater installed in the past and it was done very well too. Will certainly call them again for future needs. They are also 100% honest, fair and trustworthy! He could have up sold me and charged me thousands for a tank-less water heater, but he told me good honest advice, to stick with a regular water heater due to the complicated location of my water heater in my home. He said he'd do whatever I wanted but that the cost of doing the switch based on where it's at was too much for it to be worth it in his opinion. He's changed our complicated water heater's at our business property as well.
