“I had such a wonderful experience at Somos Pilates while traveling to Albuquerque for work! I took my first class with Meredith and was so impressed that I immediately signed up for another class before leaving town the next day.
Meredith is an incredible instructor. She takes the time to help with individual adjustments, explains and incorporates breathwork, demonstrates movements clearly, and has such a thoughtful, hands-on approach to teaching. Even as someone who regularly practices Pilates, I learned so much from her in just one class.
From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and comfortable. There’s something really special about finding a studio while traveling where you immediately feel like you belong. And the warm hug from Meredith as I walked out the door after my last class was the perfect ending.
If you’re in the greater Albuquerque area or just visiting for work or vacation, I highly recommend taking a class at Somos Pilates, especially with Meredith. I’m already hoping my travels bring me back this winter!
Thank you, Meredith and Somos Pilates, for two fantastic classes and such a warm welcome!”
