The smell of the blooming plants right now is out of this world awesome. Also, there is a public soak as well available. You get a locker for your stuff, they provide flip flops, a robe and a towel. All clean fresh and peaceful. It was a much needed break in my week. Go check it out. If you went alone you could read and relax it's quiet.“

“I did not know much about True Rest Float Spa until my son gifted me a session at our local franchise. I really had no idea what to expect with this service, except that it was supposed to help me relax, mitigate pain, reduce anxiety, etc. I would say the experience did all of those things! I was able to go into a deep relaxed state almost instantly with my body in a very natural neutral position. It was quiet, dark, and the water temperature was perfect. You are buoyant in the high salt concentrated water. The experience was amazing, and I will definitely go back. Aside from that, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive.
