I made the mistake of hiring a family friend to refinish the floors in my new house. They left scratches and created channels in the floor with the edge of their sander then slathered it with a noxious oil-based polyurethane. It was a mess. When I called Chuck to ask for help, he could have lectured me but instead he was incredibly understanding and came out to assess the situation right away. His team repaired the original scratches and the damage from the botched job, and had my floors looking absolutely gorgeous within the week. We had water damage from below our oak floor. After another company removed the floor from the affected room and cleaned up any mold, and after my plumber repaired the radiant heat line, I contacted Select Floors and another flooring company and got quotes.

Select Floors quote was low. Furthermore, they had installed the oak floor when my house was built 21 years ago and it had held up very well for that entire time.

Just had our wood floor restored by Select Floors. We are totally happy and what Chuck told us in the beginning of the process was totally correct. The sanding was great with little dust. My wife loves the floors and we could not be more pleased with the work done by Dennis.Services: Restoration
