“Weve been going into Vannies (luxury spa) for years! We are always greeted with smilling faces and professional attitudes. They give great pedicures and i always love the art work. Their prices are reasonable. I always leave very satisfied. I want to make an edit. Yesterday my daughter and I went in for pedis. I got Tammy shes always great! I know the salon has a new owner. When I asked Tammy for nail art she said she cant do that on regular nail polish because it blurs. But she could do it if I got gel polish. Im positive that she has been I strutted by the new owner to say that. Ive been getting nail art for 20 years,and now suddenly it blurs. Come on. No fault of Tammys shes only doing what her boss has told her to do. My daughter had a tech who we'd never seen before. She had her manicure finished in about 10 minutes. $30.00 for 10 minutes. Thats $180.00 an hour. Then brought her over for her pedicure. She did not ask what type of pedicure she wanted. She just gave her a basic pedicure. Which was also finished in about 15 minutes. Totally unacceptable.“

“I lived in NM for 7 years before I found Nathan at Neilmarie Salon. Prior to that, I went to a string of supposedly high end places -- only to end up with lopsided haircuts, having 8 extra inches cut off, etc. I couldn't understand why it was so hard to get a decent basic haircut in ABQ. My first haircut from Nathan changed all that. He's more than a hairdresser. He's a technician. You can tell the first time you sit in his chair that he's studying your hair & that he values the science of hair. He knows exactly how to deal with my thick, wavy hair, so I haven't had to worry about bad haircuts in the 4 years since. Wildly, he charges far less than some of the other places I've gone. I recommend him without reservation!“
