Lets face it; No one enjoys going to the dentist! I hadn't been to a dentist in years because of that very reason! My sister in law recommended this place and said Dr Ross was professional, honest and caring. Although he wasn't available when I went, from the moment I walked in, the staff was so kind and concerning! The front desk lead was very informative and patient. The next day as a new patient, i was called to the back and the young lady (Braeden?) Was so sweet and super personable. The doctor came in and had great bedside manners and advised me of comparable plans. I was having a hard day and had to take my husband to appt, who had a stroke a few months ago. I was overwhelmed and not very nice to receptionist, but she continued to be nice and respectful to me. I apologized. The Dentist was great. He was professional and took time to explain all procedures needed
Been coming here for 5 years great staff and great atmosphere I am picky when it comes to dental care. I went to other places (franchised) I won't name names (comfort in the title) it never felt like this place they care and love what they are doing.
