When doing the estimate he noticed that my roof wasn't up to code and had three layers of roofing, ie, the original wood shingling plus two layers of asphalt shingles - this is something that the others who estimated didn't even notice. They worked with my insurance, State Farm, and even got them to cover an additional section on my newer addition on the same clam- damage that I wasn't even alert to. Francisco (and his brother!) was very amiable, resourceful and I appreciate all his hard work.“

“We had them replace a tar roof on our 100 year old adobe apartment building with a new TPO roof. I checked around and their pricing was reasonable plus they put the last roof on that lasted 27 years! They took care of the permits and got to work right away. They did a great job being careful not to damage our old building and made some repairs to the roof deck and structure. They didn't make any mess, didn't bother the tenants and the finished product was a great roof with a guarantee. Luis followed through with all he said they would do and stayed in communication with me throught the project. We intend to use them on all are roofing projects.“
