We got our entire roof redone along with three of our skylights replaced. The team that came out to do the work were incredibly efficient and nice. “So after two ice storms in two months I had a leak inside my pantry.
I had 3 different contractors inspect my roof, the first two said I needed a totally new roof but doubted my insurance company would cover the cost.
The third contractor TBC owned by veteran Jesse Naylor said that I certainly could use a new roof and that he was pretty sure my insurance company would cover the cost,but if they didn’t he could still fix the roof and make it water tight for a couple thousand dollars.
I decided to file a claim with the insurance company.

Jesse met the insurance claims adjuster on site and walked the roof with him.
Jesse had done all of the paperwork the adjuster would have needed to do and handed it to him.

Within 5 days the insurance company sent a check to cover the
cost of an entire new metal roof.
This contractor not only knows everything about roofing but also knows all about how the insurance companies operate.
My new roof is amazing and within two weeks his crew was in and out and I had my new roof.

“I had my tar and gravel roof replaced several weeks ago. I was stressed because it's expensive and a big deal. After several estimates (and talking to a neighbor who used Territorial Roofing) I was glad I chose them. David was great to work with, as was his crew. The crew foreman kept me informed daily about the progress and unfortunately, some problems we didn't know we had. I went up on the roof with the crew to see the situation and yikes. However, they explained how they would fix my roof and make it solid. They cleaned up every day and made sure the site was totally cleaned up at the end of the job. I feel VERY confident about the quality and longevity of our roof now. Plus there is a transferable 5 year warranty and they will come every 4-6 months to check and touch up any parts as needed. They used various applications; shingle, tar and gravel and TPO as applicable for the type of roof...flat or pitched. All were installed with SUPERB quality and attention to detail. I needed to replace a 60-foot walkway from my driveway through a courtyard to my front door because of damage from tree roots and repair stucco damage on the back wall of my house.
