A great person answered the phone at D.J.’s and worked us into the schedule on the same day. A first team came out and identified the problem and talked to us about how to de-ice our over iced unit. Later a second team came and checked the unit to make sure there were no other issues that needed to be addressed and helped us identify how to keep the problem from happening again. I needed to replace a 60-foot walkway from my driveway through a courtyard to my front door because of damage from tree roots and repair stucco damage on the back wall of my house. JK gave me a fair and reasonable estimate (about half of another contractor's estimate) and a week later the two projects were completed on consecutive days, as planned and on budget.
