“My air conditioner took a crap. As a 59 year old menopauseal woman, that's about the worse thing you could do to me. It felt like I was living inside Satan's buttcrack. So hot in my house. I did my research on companies. I knew I wasn't going with the big companies. Most are in it for profit only. My experiences. I found Kidzz Mechanical. Family owned. Five years in business and I read the reviews as well as talked to people. I took a chance and I'm so glad I did. I had the privilege of meeting Chad. He came out the same day I called and even came sooner than expected. Bonus! He was amazing. Honest and forthcoming. I even got on utube and made myself knowledgeable about my air conditioner. I was worried about being taken advantage of. I didn't have to worry about that with Chad. He fixed my air conditioner in a very short amount of time. Which by the way, is 14 years old but he got it working. I never write reviews but this company deserved it. Chad deserved it. If you're looking for a company that values a customer, knows how financially hard times are for people, won't rip you off and genuinely wants to help people.....then this is your company. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate those details. Maybe that doesn't matter to everyone but it does to me. I am sincerely humbled and so appreciative that I chose Kidzz. Which is testament to why I wrote this review. Give them a try. You won't be sorry and they won't rip you off, like the bigger companies! I won't go anywhere else now. They earned my loyalty.”
