I am still very new to Pilates overall but I’ve been very impressed with the classes at Somos. Bethany and Erica are patient and helpful which is very important for me as a beginner. I’m very excited to continue at Somos!
This is a great place to take Pilates classes. The teachers are very knowledgeable and inclusive. I go to the mixed level classes and they offer options for all levels. It’s a supportive environment where if you put in the work, you will see improvements in your fitness. Thank you for existing Somos Pilates! I love this studio.
SOMOS, has been such a unique find moving to ABQ. What I enjoy the most is the technical instruction and hands on tactile cues to reinforce what I am learning. Every time I go there I feel stronger mentally and physically. Thankful to find this authentic business.
