I am over the moon with this studio! I have disk degeneration in my back and chronic pain in my hip and never in a million years would have thought I could move the way I have been since starting at Somos. I feel exceptionally cared about by Meredith, Yarrow, Maureen and Frances. I feel stronger and more capable than I have in over 4 years. I am so proud of myself and am incredibly grateful! Somos has made my life better.
Somos Pilates is such a great spot to start or continue your Pilates practice. The instructors are very in tune with their clients allowing for personalization even within a group class. Everyone is very supportive and friendly. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is new to Pilates or who wants to continue building strength.
Somos Pilates is such a fantastic studio! The space is clean and intimate, and the equipment is of incredible quality. Because the classes are on the smaller side, I always feel like I get 1:1 instruction from the instructors and because of that, it allows for a fantastic learning environment. Highly recommend taking class here!
