5701 Carmel Ave NE # C, Albuquerque“By far the best gym in Albuquerque if you are looking to invest in yourself and want to get in shape. Totally different than just buying a regular gym membership, because you are being coached every workout by proven athletes who practice what they preach. They are super nice people as well, meeting you wherever you start at -- I started out very out of shape but I'm making huge improvements that I never would have achieved on my own. Highly recommend if you want to get in shape, probably the best money you could spend to improve your life.“
9AM - 9:30PM
7804 Pan American Fwy Ste 2, Albuquerque“This was my first massage, and I was nervous and unsure what to expect, but Calvin was absolutely incredible! The mood is set as soon as you walk in the door. Calvin takes care of you with a nice glass of spring water and a small snack. My experience was euphoric and the most relaxed I’ve felt in my life. I will be back 10 out of 10!“

7AM - 2PM
413 Montaño Rd NE, Albuquerque“I’ve been seeing Gabe for about 8 weeks now. As an athlete, I’ve tried so many different approaches to feel better physically and mentally. But what he’s doing is different. By my third session, I was extremely exhausted and honestly feeling very depressed — and he truly helped bring me back to life. His hands feel like an angel’s. No exaggeration. I’m so grateful for the care and energy he puts into his work. Thank you“
“As a gym junkie, I can state with authority that I know the fitness scene in Albuquerque, and this Spenga place is legit. Over the past decade, I've graciously bled pools of sweat in gyms all over this metro, from CrossFit barns to bootcamp-style conditioning, most recently completing about 18 months at Orangetheory, where I sustained several minor and debilitating injuries. I gave it my all, spent a pretty penny on physical therapy, and finally decided to ditch the treadmill for spin classes. But Spenga's much more than a spin scene. You do 20 minutes on a bike, 20 more on the floor (free weights, kettlebell, TRX, BOSU), and 20 minutes of yoga. Originally, I definitely had reservations, but now that I'm about two months in, I can emphatically state the following: * I burn 700-900 calories per class * The yoga is super good for me * The music's pretty good (better than OTF) * It's more affordable than OTF * The instructors are polished and personable * The facility is spacious and clean * I'm injury free From a community standpoint, this place is more of a drop-in-get-it-done-and-leave kinda situation, which is great with me, but if you're more motivated by a gym full of besties, look elsewhere. I'll note they could get better at correcting form, and I would appreciate more class options, but I've never lost a penny from a late cancellation (there's no need to reserve ahead of time) and I could be wrong, but I think I'm actually seeing the results of these workouts. My wife warned me not to pen this review; she wants to keep the place to herself. Sorry, Laura, now everybody knows.“
6AM - 1PM
2420 Midtown Pl NE STE E, Albuquerque“Korbie and Jordan helped me focus on strength training and nutrition for muscle mass gain. They were very motivating, great energy! They helped me gain muscle mass, strength and decreased body fat. I learned a lot and have more stuff in my toolbox for ongoing use.“
8AM - 6PM
336 La Chamisal Ln NW, Albuquerque“I was having tons of problems with balance, stamina, and general overall health due to an old ankle injury which made my entire body off-balance. I was falling a lot and had little proprioception. Then, more recently, I had right breast cancer, so half my chest was removed, which further aggravated my balance. I decided to start working with Lisa, and, oh boy, what a difference!! I am stronger and I haven't fallen for quite some time now, primarily because I am going barefoot more often, at Lisa's suggestion, and I have been working religiously on my balance. I also have more stamina and strength; I only anticipate that this will get better since I will continue to work with Lisa. It's wonderful that she has lessons on-line if one of us is out of town. Probably one of the unintended consequences of working out is I now have so much more energy! Give Lisa a try for 3 months, and you will not regret the time spent. She's also a ton of fun!“
4:30AM - 12AM
7400 Indian School Rd NE, Albuquerque“I would enjoy this gym much more if they would clean the locker room and showers area once in a while.“
Open 24 today
6521 Paradise Blvd NW Ste E, Albuquerque“Great little no nonsense gym. Old school vibe unlike the large “feel good” grocery store size zoos they call gyms these days. Staff at NW location is great at keeping everything clean and working. Parking a bit of a pain on Saturday’s.
24 hour access with FOB.“
5:30AM - 6:30PM

4300 Landau St NE, Albuquerque“I love High Point Sports and Wellness! I have been working out here on and off for years. They have the best pool in the city and a lovely location. The only issue for me is that they don't have lifeguards anymore and it just makes the pool area a little less calming.“
9AM - 6PM
8600 Comanche Rd NE, Albuquerque“The PERSON to go to if you want to understand how your body and mind can be in sync with each other!“
9AM - 6PM
585 Osuna Rd NE Suite B, Albuquerque“Never have I ever encountered a trainer like Jerry! I love the individual time, care, knowledge and program each of us has. There are three of us who attend at the same time, each not only with our own individual needs but our own quirkiness as well! But I’d like to focus on my daughter’s training. Jerry has worked with her for many years. He has been such an extraordinary force in her physical and emotional health. She is NOT forthcoming verbally with needs, discomforts, or even pain during workouts, but she’s getting a little better. But with Jerry, she doesn’t need to be. He completely understands her limits and just knows when she needs a break. He is always communicating with her, explaining in easy to understand language. He learns all he can on her prognosis and challenges, and works very hard to improve her quality of life! We are all truly blessed to know and train with Jerry! Thank you for your goodness, your knowledge, your friendship“
9AM - 7PM
3311 Candelaria Rd NE A, Albuquerque“Great personalized experience! With very small class sizes of 4 or fewer, you get personalized feedback on how you are doing to ensure your form is correct, which helps to prevent injury. I have definitely noticed a reduction in back and neck pain from attending these sessions. Instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!“

425 Washington St SE, Albuquerque“Had a bike fit with Julie yesterday, it was great. She is very knowledgeable, and skilled at getting your fit adjusted for you. She did an evaluation of my motion and flexibility and I learned a lot about myself and how that affects your fitment. If you enjoy putting miles on your bike, schedule an appointment with Julie asap, you'll be very glad you did.
