Dr. MacDowall demonstrates genuine care for his patients, engaging in meaningful conversations while providing relief and assistance in recovery, such as after a car accident. The receptionists are also noted for their kindness, contributing to a positive experience for all who visit the center.

Dr. MacDowall has been treating me for a little over a year now . I drive 30 minutes out of my way to come here because it is so worth it !! He really caters to each patient’s needs . He is very knowledgeable in modern chiropractic care as well as medical conditions to compose the best plan of treatment . I have truly never better managed my back pain and headaches. Chesapeake Spine Center also is equipped with wonderful staff who always have a smile to greet you with and go out of their way to connect with you on a personal level. I have nothing but praises !
