Another great experience with Precision Plumbing! The technician, Malik, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He went right to the issue causing water to back up in our kitchen sink and answered all questions I had. I will continue to use them for any of my plumbing needs!
We submitted a request to be contacted for a leaking faucet over the weekend, but we were able to resolve ourselves. They were very prompt in responding on Monday morning. Used them before previously for a burst water heater. They are great!
Paul, at Precision Plumbing & Drain did a fantastic job addressing my clogged drain issue. I was most impressed with his thorough plumbing knowledge about all things plumbing. I had another well-known plumbing company that cleaned out my entire sewer line but still did not address my back-up. They pretended that the issue was something other than what it actually was, bellying, and proceeded to tell me that what they had done was no longer guaranteed because of that issue. I will never use that sewer company again, but thankfully, I found a company in Precision Plumbing that identified the problem quickly, and had the clogged drain resolved within the hour.
