Sticker shock. The technician was on time and worked quickly and unclogged my kitchen sink. That's the positive.But I was taken by surprise with the bill for less than an hour work and just using a snake. He even asked to use my own plunger. It would have been nice to have given me an estimate before the work.
I used this company to fix problem with piping under kitchen sink. About 5 months later the problem returned. I called the company and they listened to my concerns and and someone came the same day and fixed the problem and I was not charged. I was impressed with the receptionist who listened to my frustration and then I talked with a second person who ensured me this problem would be taken care of and it was.
