They let me in the room to talk her through everything but brought her back to get her vaccines etc. She's spicy so I'm surprised they got her vaccines while she was awake without me holding her down. We put her to sleep to check out additional issues. I never had any questions along the way because they thoroughly explained everything. I never felt guilted that I have a spicy girl. I can order my prescription food through Chewy without needing additional documentation. I can also tell that they care for animals, even through to the front desk ladies. Overall 10/10, I'm excited to bring my crazy German Shepherd pup in :)”
