This is the second time I have visited Jess Barbini Gann at Studio 412. Jess always does exactly what I ask or lets me know honestly if that will not work for my hair. I used her services for my wedding 13 years ago and will only see her to cut/color my hair from that day forward. Studio 412 where she now practices her artistry is very welcoming, professional, and clean. I was offered water & extra pillows behind my back for drying time. I drive 45 minutes to have my hair taken care of at Studio 412 because I would not trust anyone else but Tammy and her girls to give me the best look and the best advice. They know what they are doing and they work hard to have satisfied customers.
I stopped in with my 7yo daughter on a friend's recommendation for a wash and trim. Destiny took such good care of us! She was warm and engaging with her though we had not met previously. When another salon guest and stylist were having a conversation not fit for a young child, she was so sweet and redirected my daughter so she wasn't listening. She was meticulous with her cut and my daughter was so happy with the results!
