VERY Thorough in the presales process; taking time to make sure they understand what's important to you and then making sure you understand what you're getting and how it will work for you. I loved the fact that they came out to do a walk through and actually see everything rather than just have me send pictures and then charge me thousands more. It takes a couple of hours in the presales process but the end result was a precise solution.The install went perfectly ... they were scheduled for three days but were able to do it in two. All went very well. Work was done on time, and all workers were professional, neat, and friendly. Our only negative was that we were not given full information about where the unit had to be put, and what bushes needed to be taken out. The salesperson could have been more specific. Otherwise, we're very happy.

I have found Smith & Keene to be dependable, and their pricing to be fair and reasonable. When I need HVAC system upgrades or replacement, after several estimates from other companies, I consistently find that Smith & Keene always offers the best price!
