It has been a few years since I have been able to get a massage. I am dealing with 2 autoimmune diseases that cause pain, fatigue and other symptoms.
I have also been under a lot of stress in the past 2 years.

I went to the Elements of health after receiving a spa finder gift card. I was really excited to try them out and they did not disappoint. This was a very relaxing experience and everyone that I interacted with was incredibly kind. I had Ashley for a 90 minute deep tissue massage and paid 130$. She was very attentive to detail and paid attention to the places that I pointed out that were tight. After my session with her, I asked about membership prices and was pleasantly surprised. For 75$ I can get a 60 minute massage each month. 10/10 will be back each and every month for this lovely business.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage post surgery. Shawnte did my massage and I felt so light afterwards. I even purchased a package so I could come back again. I also booked a Lymphatic Drainage Massage medical for my daughter who has an autoimmune disorder. Oh did I mention it smells so good in there. Iām so glad my waxer told me about it.
