We have lived in our home for 26 years. It is a 1929 craftsman (everything is custom). During this time we have contracted with Brooks Electric twice for HVAC replacement. I have been using Brooks Electric for my HVAC and electrical needs for over 15 years. They have done work in my own residence and also in 2 rental properties. They do an excellent job and have always charged a fair price. I switched to them when another company tried to tell me I needed an entire new HVAC system. I called Brooks Electric and they explained I only needed a replacement part. When other vendors have tried to talk me into buying a new HVAC unit, Brooks explained exactly what was wrong and made repairs to the existing unit, keeping it running for years and saving me thousands of dollars.
