This is a great spot to go and have them stretch your body from head to toe. The staff has years of experience and is very knowledgeable about what they're doing. They set their goals for themselves and also you need to set your goals for yourself because they will push you to the end of the limit to get the best out of you. My first time there I was a little nervous because I didn't know what to expect after my fifth visit it's like I'm part of the family. Stephanie is phenomenal!! I have chronic pain and I honestly was not expecting much bc stretching is stretching, right? WRONG. I would take a session at stretch lab over a massage any day. My muscles feel so loose and relaxed. I cannot wait to go back! Also Ashley at the front desk is so kind and helpful!! You will not regret checking this facility out!

My wife and I come here every week. We really enjoy it! Scott and Becca are great! They both give us really good stretches that help with our movements. I feel really good after our sessions. I can’t praise Scott and Becca enough. Both are Highly recommended.!!!!

StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Greenbrier offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.
