I had Exterior Source come out to remove my old deck that was worn out and not safe. I also had them install a new deck with an additional handicapped rail by the enterance to the deck. They did an outstanding job. They let me know step by step the process will be. They kept me updated with each step. They had the proper permits to do the job. They also had proper city inspections. 1st footer holes inspection. 2nd deck framing inspection. 3erd finished deck inspection. Each inspection passed the 1st time. No corrections needed. They were polite and professional and cleaned up the area around the deck. I highly recommend them for any exterior work needed.
