Everyone is very professional and Dr. Mark is great at answering questions and explaining things. Michelle is awesome at teaching patients best practices to correct posture and makes a comfortable environment when receiving different treatments. Jo up front is always very welcoming whenever I come in. Love the staff.

Dr. Mark and his team are fantastic. His knowledge and passion for what he does truly shows. I'm just going for maintenance, but he still puts 100% effort into everything he does for each patient. I look forward to my future visits and will send everyone I know his way.

I have been to several chiropractor centers in and out of the Chesapeake Virginia area over the last couple of decades. Dr. Mark Gutekunst and his staff are among the best. They are courteous, kind, thoughtful professionals who look after their clients at a high level, using modern techniques and equipment to meet the special needs of each client. Additionally, they provide multiple resources from their personal life-experiences such as instructive exercises along with audio-visual tools to use when one is at home. I recommend this personable, knowledgeable team to those who want to gain a remarkable experience in today's world of chiropractic techniques.

Hi, my name is Dr. Mark Gutekunst and this is my story. At 12 years of age I would suffer with migraine headaches 6-7 days per week. The headaches were a gradual onset thing. These debilitating headaches were gradually increasing in intensity and frequency as I went through childhood and into adolescence. These headaches prevented me from doing the things that children should be doing at that age. I had difficulty concentrating on my school work, and I was a good student. I couldn't play with my friends nor do the activities that I wanted to do. Needless to say, I wasn't having any childhood fun at that time in my life.
