Brandon has amazing attention to detail and did not stop until he was sure the job was completed. He went over his work three times to ensure the clog was completely removed and there was nothing remaining. I appreciate his attention to detail and quality of work. 10/10.

Brandon McCreary, with 1-Tom-Plumber, came to my rescue yesterday. I had a leaking outside faucet that I couldn't shut off. In 97-degree weather, he dug out my crawl space door and worked on the faucet. Within an hour, he removed the faucet and capped the outlet. He was very professional, good-natured about the miserable heat and very efficient. I'd give him at least a SIX-star review if it were offered! Brandon is a model employee for 1-Tom Plumber, in my opinion!
