    Luxury Nails was a disappointment. We had an appointment scheduled for pedicures and no one attended to us for about 20+ minutes. Mind you, this was while they continued to take walk-ins. A Nail tech then put our feet in the water for pedicures and left us for another 10+ ninutes. When another nail tech saw us drying our feet and about to leave, she said "Oh, I can help you"! We were very upset by that time and wanted nothing else to do with this establishment! Needless to say we will not be repeat customers, nor will we reccomend them to anyone else!

    I got my feet done yesterday with gel polish 2 hours later the polish was coming off on 2 toes. I called to tell them. They said come at 11 tomorrow to fix it. I came and had to wait 45 min just to be seen with the appointment.

    I made an appointment for two fills at 5. We get there at 450 and don't get seen till 550. My friend asked for a certain design like that water color look and the girl put 4 colors like a checker board. My friend asked her why it didn't look like the design sample on her display and the tech said she didn't remember how she did that.... So my friend asked her to take it off and the technician's whole demeanor changed like she got really upset. Got really short with her for the rest of the time. My tech was ok. There was paint all over my cuticles and he didn't do a final buff before paint so they are super bumpy. We aren't coming back.
