I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff at Midway. They are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I feel SO lucky that they care for my sweet guinea pigs. Their kindness after the passing of my first adopted piggy was astonishing. Dr. Starke actually sat on the floor while I cried so he could speak with me face to face. They’re an hour away from where we live but they are worth every mile!!

From the moment I walked in everyone was so helpful, friendly, caring, and understanding. Every time I had a question the team was responsive and I never doubted my pet was getting the best care possible!

This is the best vet I've ever been to, and I've been to most in the area as well as other cities because of the navy and foster work. They are always very compassionate and non-judgemental, and willing to answer all my questions. When I'm on a budget they try to work with me to get my pets the care they need at the lowest cost possible. It means a lot to me and I guenuinly believe they care about all my pets. They also do exotics which is why I came here in the first place, and brought my other pets because of how wonderful they have been.
