Our arborist Bobby was very knowledgeable of the tree we wanted to have trimmed. He provided all the information we needed to move forward comfortably. The tree trimmers, AJ, Brad, and Greg were efficient and the entire process went smoothly. I'm happy with the service provided. I no longer have to worry about a tree I wanted to keep, interfering with power lines going to my house as well as branches hanging over my house.
I had my soil tested last year and found that the poor soil was a likely cause of me loosing about half (15) of the small hollies in my front yard. I arranged in mid April to have Bartlett fertilized my bushes and shrubs with an appropriate fertilizer to help them be stronger in the face of poor soil and the dry weather. The jury is out on how effective the treatment was, however, their technician, Alex, was awesome. He was polite and respectful, very knowledgeable, on time and thorough with his spraying. Tony, Greg, and AJ recently pruned trees in our yard. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, were very polite and professional, answered our questions and did a great job on our trees. Our yard was cleaned up afterwards with all tree debris removed. They made sure we were completely satisfied before they departed. We highly recommend Bartlett Tree!
