“Three weeks ago, our HVAC system started malfunctioning. The temperature in the house hovered around 80°, and the system would freeze up, forcing us to turn on the fan to defrost it. “We were having issues with hot water not coming out of any faucets in our home and thought it could be related to our old boiler (1986) unit. After calling around to a few companies and even having someone from another company come out, we were recommended by a friend to call Bud's, where his father,
Mr. Toth, works.... BEST decision!! Patrick came out the next day to take a look at what was going on with the boiler and provided so much more information regarding our options. He even took time to take a quick peek at the washer issue I thought might have been tied to the boiler. He went above and beyond what he even came out to do. After mentioning to him that I was told there was a leak under our house the day before, he took a peek and got on the phone to schedule a plumber to come out that afternoon and take a look. Nate was just as great and so knowledgeable about how to fix the issue!! In less than an hour the hot water was running again!!

“We've been using Stokley's Services for 15 years now and they've been great! I definitely recommend them every time someone asks about local HVAC companies.“

“I've been renting this house for about 12 years and owner is cheap as it gets and we have done a lot of the maintenance ourselves to avoid waiting . We've been having ac issues for 4 years and since the owner has home shield, they have sent at least 14 incompetent fake experts that claimed to pressure test and diagnose the issues yet replaced the most expensive parts that weren't broken. finally home shield said replacement is necessary . Homeowner bought a new unit and unfortunantley incompetent installers from home shield installed it and news flash ,the botched it and house was still blazing when summer came around again. Fed up i paid a pro company(stokleys) out of pocket $430 to show up and pressure test to find out the issue and in 15 minutes he said found the problem but repair was insane 1800 to tighten 3 pipes and refil the system. they charge 250 per pound for refrigerant when average is 100 per pound. homeowner said no and i dont blame him it was outrageous. Yesterday home shield sent over someone who was actually competent, thorough and professional and he found all 3 leaks and stokleys only found 2. The owner came out personally and took his time to get it fixed right to make sure we where 100% happy. its rare to find competent, honest and professional service techs in any industry these days.Avoid homeshield and just go direct with CasMech Heating and cooling so you can get pro services for fair prices from a 30 year pro who garantees their work and that actually knows what they are doing“
