After having received 2 estimates to replace our hot water heater, both of which seemed extremely high, we contacted Roto-Rooter for yet another estimate. Jonathan, the technician that was assigned to our job was extremely helpful! He was the only technician that suggested a diagnostic inspection before jumping into a replacement of the unit. He determined that a replacement was necessary and explained why. He also noted that according to the paperwork on the unit, the warranty was still active. Jonathan was awesome! Personable and a helpful teacher. He helped me understand plumbing basics that I can do myself while readily troubleshooting the problem at hand. He also gave me options instead of leading with a high priced task. He cared and showed passion for his work. Very pleased! Will definitely be using Roto-Rooter again!
Jacob was reliable , respectful and he knew his stuff . Helped us find the shut off value for our home had a faucet leak that didn’t wanna stop . Went over pricing on how much it’ll be fixed .
