I had a great experience with David and his team! I called around 8pm after a hairdryer tripped the breaker to the back rooms of the house and our attempts to reset it failed. David attempted to talk me through the issue over the phone and even offered to take a look at our panel if I sent him a photo of it (which I forgot to do and he probably would have diagnosed it that night if I'd remembered). Even though they already had a busy schedule, I was able to get an appointment the next day (way better than the next week another place tried to offer). Hired David @ ZAP based on recommendations from others in my community. He was fantastic! Came in and zip-zip-zip took care of all the little things I needed done. I even added two additional tasks, which he completed to perfection. Very happy with his work, professionalism and pricing. I was referred to Zap and Dave by my realtor. We had our septic system replaced recently and the company that replaced the septic system cut the underground line feeding power to our pool pump. Very unfortunate. All conversations with Dave were through text, which was perfectly fine with me. He was very friendly and personable. Within a couple of days he came out to assess the issue and the morning after, the work was done.He was upfront and honest about the work that needed to be done. He likely saved me a lot of money.
