They shifted their schedule around to accommodate me, which was incredibly nice of them. I had a roof tear-off and replacement done, installed a ridge vent and eave vents since my previous roof did not have ventilation, and put new gutters, downspouts and leaf guards on as well. The whole process only took two days! I do have a smaller roof, which helped the timeline some. The tear-off caused my flue to the water heater to disconnect in my utility room, but the crew supervisor was quick to fix that before they left since I wouldn't have been able to reach it. I've also received compliments from my new neighbors on how great the new roof looks. Overall I would highly recommend McDaniels and would totally use them again if I ever need a new roof on another home in the future!“

The advantage to this is that they will make sure that your project is finished Before doing anything else. Because they are a small business, their prices are excellent. They provide the same materials and warranties as the larger roofing companies in town, but at a fraction of the price. Several houses in my neighborhood have been re-roofed, including my own, by Bevins, and they look amazing. One thing I truly appreciate is that Gary does not lie to you in order to charge you more. every contractor that I spoke with recommended an expensive ridge vent for my house, which has multiple small ridges, and Gary was honest in telling me that the benefit compared to standard roof vents and attic fan would be very minimal. I have had a couple of service calls since the installation, and their responses were prompt and they fixed these issues correctly. If I had another roof, I would have them do it again!“
