My partner went there today to get cleaned up for a wedding we are in on Saturday and man did these people deliver! He came back home looking brand new, smelling amazing and genuinely so confident in himself. He said the atmosphere and the people were so awesome and he had such an incredible time from start to finish!

Generally get my hairs cut at the exchange. I’m not active duty but work close to the exchange and the barbers I use do a decent job. Figured I’d spice it up a bit and went to Bay Barber. Shawn (Sean? Shaun?) cut my hair and did an outstanding job. Was very thorough and I’m looking real fresh. The shop itself was also very nice and had a really cool atmosphere. 4 starts instead of 5 because $45 for a cut is steep. Tip on top of that. For that price I could’ve cut off all my hair, nair’d my scalp, and paid for hair transplant surgery. Having said that, I will be back when I need to treat yo self.

Most of the time, Lauren cuts my husband and sons hair, and she does a very good job! James cut my son's hair one time, and he also did a great job! I would recommend either of them. Of all the places they've been to, their hair has never looked as good as it does since coming to Bay Barber Co. The atmosphere is nice and the rest of the staff seem nice as well.
