Tidewater Termite & Repair, Inc. is professional and reliable. In 1998 I was representing my seller who purchased a older investment home. When the tenants moved out he decided to put the home on the market. My seller was unaware of major crawl space issues with his home. The buyer agent’s home inspector discovered the crawl space issues. I called my 2 regular termite and moisture inspectors to get bids. My regular inspectors estimates were 10k to 15k higher. Best service in town! They were quick to come quote, had the best price versus 2 other companies, and were able to get my repairs made within a week before closing on a house. Ernie was awesome to work with and super responsive. Will definitely be using them for all of my crawlspace services!!!

Tidewater Termite and Repair is amazing. They are always accommodating with my schedule. Mike has always been my go to guy for anything crawl space related for several years now. And as a Realtor, it is great to have such an amazing team to call on when my clients need something that they are able to assist with.
