I have been working with Zakiya and Loving Arms Care for over 4 years, and I can truly say it has been a blessing. Zakiya is incredibly supportive and understanding. She is very involved with both her caregivers and clients, and I have personally seen her step in to cover shifts when others were unreliable. We as a team support each other, but she always puts the clients and our needs first.
My daughter also works with me at Loving Arms Care while she is a student, and she is very happy here as well. I am truly grateful to be part of such a compassionate and dedicated team.

Salon Trifecta is the best! I write few reviews, but am happy to when places go above and beyond the norm. One week before Christmas I learned that my Mom had her heart set on a hairstyling with color for our Christmas Day events. The thought process of honestly pulling this off wasn't really that strong, but one never knows. I was amazed when I learned that Kerri was willing to stay open late on the Friday night before Christmas to help my mom's dreams come true. I cannot recommend Spice enough! Not only did she absolutely rock my wedding hair, my bridal party decided at the last minute to pay for my makeup which I wasn’t planning on getting done originally. Without a trial (which I’m sure she wouldn’t recommend but still), she absolutely ROCKED my makeup look with very little notice. We have visited VLC multiple times over the last few years - with and without lice. Roxanna had treated my girls when they had it but also given us peace of mind when we've had scares! They are quick and responsive, warm and kind. The make the experience so painless for kids with Netflix, snacks, and parting gifts. Lice is sucha stressful thing to deal with and they make it SO much easier! Ps. The leave in conditioner repellent is great and smells so refreshing!

I recently got my hair cut by the lovely Carrie at La Vie en Rose. I had never worked with her before and was a bit anxious because I wanted a very different hairstyle than I've had before, PLUS I was working with a brand new (to me) stylist. Carrie was amazing! She is so kind and friendly, and did a wonderful job making my hair look just how I envisioned it. So far it is the best cut/style I've had and I am so pleased with her work. Highly recommend Carrie and will be seeing her for future styling.
I am so excited!!! I think Holly is a genius. She knew immediately what I wanted and needed. I have fine, thin, wavy hair and have been trying forever to force it into cuts that are sleek and just plain wrong for my hair type. She listened to what I wanted, which is to grow out my hair and stop coloring it, and she said "have you ever thought of embracing your wave/curls?" Honestly, no one has ever asked me that. I was absolutely thrilled with the cut and the curls that she showed me how to create. I have never been happier with my hair. She did not try to sell me expensive products, or try to have me come back more often than I needed since I want to grow it longer and let the color go back to natural. I love her and her studio is SO CUTE!!!

I was referred to Stacy five or six years ago when I happened to be going through a tough time in my life. I found not only a phenomenal stylist, but a dear friend. She makes me feel confident and reminds me it’s important to take time for yourself every now and then. Mariah styled my hair for my wedding, and she exactly nailed my vision! From my first inquiry with her, communication was effortless, clear, and prompt, which reduced so much stress during the planning stages. She shared so much helpful information for myself and the other women in my group getting their hair styled, and was able to cater to everyone's preferred styles! Everyone's style lasted all night through plenty of dancing (and also mine with wearing a long veil over top!), and was extremely comfortable to wear. Spending the morning with her getting ready felt like hanging out with an old friend, and I would highly recommend Mariah to anyone!

I have been going to Melissa for more years (decades) than I want to admit. She always comes through fixing whatever I've done to my hair. I would go to her regularly if I didn't live in another state. She's tames my natural curls and she's been giving me a mean silk press since the 90s. She's given me keratin treatments and relaxers and brought me back to natural. You won't find another stylist who cares about the health of your hair and what you want. She's not scissor happy. She's like family. She gives you one- on-one time and you're not waiting forever. Her teachings got my hair down my back and almost to my butt until I stopped getting those daggone trims. Why would I do that? Don't make the mistakes I've made. Stick with her if you can. If you're on a natural journey, she's your stylist. I can't say enough good things!! In the picture, she took me from a fade, uneven grow out to a 90s haircut. She didn't cut the fade, but she did get my style my natural tresses in a way that would grow out nicely. She knows me. She knows I am going to be back in due time asking for her to fix my hair again. I love her so much!!

I’ve been here twice so far. Both times I sat right down with no wait, and both times got a great haircut. I highly recommend Jason, he did a stellar job. They only take cash but there is an ATM in the shop, and English isn’t the best so it’s helpful if you have pictures. They have some great barbers though.

Good prices for their haircuts. I don't know of any other barbershop around town that can cut Dominican hair as good as Beni at this salon. I even went to Richmond (Dominican barbershop ) no good, this place does a really good job.

Joe was my tech today- he did an AMAZING job. I went in for a fill and was in and out in under 45 minutes. My nails were a MESS when I walked in (another salon 2 weeks ago). I mean they were thick, uneven, lifting, acrylic piled underneath them...a MESS! Joe fixed them and I could not be happier with the job he did! I will be back in 2 weeks for sure.
May was really good. I came in with a friend and she removed my old nails. She would not replace them do to a fungus from the last shop that did my nails. She was able to do my friends nails. Looked great. I will be back. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism!!!!

Omg, my expectations were blown through the roof. Alexis did my balayage and she did an amazing job. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but the atmosphere there is so nice. Don’t hesitate and just book your appointment. It is more than worth it. I walked out feeling like ANew woman lol.

Massage and facial session went well. When you arrive, you are ushered into a changing room where you put on a robe and slippers. You’re asked to put your belongings in a locker drawer that “doesn’t have an actual lock, but no one else will be in here”. I found that a little disturbing and would encourage Oasis to offer locks or at least let customers know so they can bring their own or give an option to carry items with purely from a liability standpoint.
They ran on time the day I was there which was appreciated.
Katie is an excellent practitioner with great relaxing presence and technique. I appreciated her kind, thoughtful, and confident approach. I felt relaxed after and nearly fell asleep a few times during the massage.
The facial was good. Courtney is very kind but seemed very distracted and difficult to relax which carried into the room. I’d be curious to have a peek into her workload to make sure it’s compatible with her as a practitioner. I appreciated the skincare advice and felt great after.
Booked same-day for a lash lift with Athena. She was so gentle I almost started dozing off during the appointment! Took about 30-35 minutes. Immediate results have been great, TBD on longevity.

I got a wonderful massage. I had been camping in Shenandoah National Park for a week, with no access to a shower or facilities to clean up. The ladies at the Lula allowed me to use their shower, setting the water to the perfect temperature. I was led to my room for a great 90 massage that totally relaxed me. My therapist was very friendly and made sure I was enjoying the massage. I was refreshed for my 12 hour drive back home.

Steven did an amazing cover/repair tattoo that I was really hesitant to even do in the first place. I came here for my original cover up and overall was really not satisfied with. I was picky about what I didn't want and the end result is better than I hoped for. This kid is wicked talented and my husband and I both have future tattoos we want that we will return for Steven to do. Overall this place is where I'll come back to!
I love this place! The environment is very welcoming and clean, which is something I always prioritize when going to a piercing/tattoo shop. I previously got my belly button pierced here and recently got a Betty Boop tattoo that I plan to extend. I tend to move a lot while getting tattooed because of my ADHD, but Mike was extremely patient and kind, giving me plenty of breaks (and even candy ??), which helped a lot. Even with my movement, my tattoo turned out beautiful—exactly what I wanted with a unique touch. He also paid great attention to detail and worked with me on the design to make sure everything was perfect. I’ve gotten tattoos in Richmond and outside of LA, and this is by far my favorite place for both piercings and tattoos.”.

There are no words that can describe the wonderful person/worker that James is! He's a a angel sent from Heaven! My 88 year old grandmother had an emergency after hours, and he went above and beyond to assist her with her toilet. I can not thank him enough!
Absolute Plumbing inspected our septic system within minutes of calling them on a Saturday evening due to our septic alarm going off. They cleaned our aerator which was clogged up and even waived the service fee. We will definitely be using Absolute Plumbing for all of our septic servicing!

I was disappointed that as my HVAC was low on freon as I predicted, the invoice had no details… just service call, freon added, stop leak added… and total bill to pay…so I have zero knowledge of how much freon was added to make a decision as to leak rate other than tech said it was minor, same with stop leak, no cost listed …
And without knowing amount of freon replaced not sure I should have asked for the leak stop… <$700 was high for a slight freon leak service call as I know the leak sealer is less than $50 to buy… and I do not have the old freon that's hyper expensive.
So next service call, will ask lot of questions upfront and at $700… and will likely shop it some.

Was very happy and pleased with the technician (Quentin). He was very professional and knowledgeable of my tankless water heater. The diagnosis was solve with his expertise. I would recommend solutions mechanical to friends and family. Definitely use them in the future.
Blue Ridge installed a new ductless HVAC system in my home last May 2021. They were my third estimate, and offered a great price which was installed within the month. I love the system. Its quiet, matches my decor, and is cheaper to run than the window AC units I had, and the wood and space heaters I used in the winter. I'm also appreciative of them because they installed a chimney liner and pipe along with new filter and shut off valve so I could run my Kuma oil stove for heat during power outages. I had gotten that stove brand new to replace an old one in 2014 and couldn't find anyone willing to hook it up for me so it sit for 8 years. One man didn't even know what it was. So now I can settle into old age and just hit a switch for heat and air. I loved everyone and everything at BRS from the ladies in the office, the office decor, the prices, the service, the promptness, the gents who installed everything, and their sales manager Randy. He and they made me feel special. Am also always impressed by anyone willing to go under my house into a low tight dark crawl space. Am probably going to get a whole home backup generator from them, too. My comfort is their business... Well I'm truly comforted. Based on my experience with them, I highly recommend them for your heating and air needs.

Advanced Plumbing is incredibly easy to work with, reliable, kind, helpful, and super friendly. Their work is very affordable for the Charlottesville area, as well. I will not hesitate to call Advanced Plumbing for any of my plumbing issues. Customer for life!
Shane came out today and was excellent. We had a non-functioning garbage disposal and he was able to quickly resolve the issue and get things flowing again. He also helped us a couple of years ago on an emergency call for a burst water line in our garage. Thanks for the continued amazing service!
Byron did a great job cleaning and re-caulking our walk-in shower, and both he and Angelo were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend! The team were super efficient and thorough with my rug. Got years of dog stains and odors out!! They even showed me how much soap (aka trapped scum) that had been sitting in the rug from my failed attempts at diy cleaning. Will be using again in a few months for spring cleaning!

We had a wax seal failure in one of our bathrooms, which caused a leak that went through the floor into the ceiling of the level below. It was quite a moldy mess! Rainbow came in and cleaned it up quickly and professionally, providing updates, photos and clarity the whole way. When the time came to do the complete repair, they were courteous and respectful of our property, and continued to give us clear updates on progress and expectations. At the end of the job, there was a little confusion over billing, and the team and Rainbow was diligent to address the relevant discrepancies and ensure the billing was handled correctly, before I issued the final payment. Ultimately, a great experience dealing with a not-great situation. I am really glad we went with them!

Good, not great. It was not cheap, but got our house decently clean. That said, for the money and level of clean we got, we’d just as soon do it ourselves. There was not a great attention to detail, especially noticeable in the shower/bathrooms.

Mr. Bryant is the best handyman in the town of Charlottesville! He has always been up front whether or not he can do a job. He has done several different jobs for us such as painting our vaulted ceiling, taking out a door and replacing it with a window while removing moldy and damaged wood. He also fixed a gutter problem that the company Gutter Pros didn't or said they couldn't fix. His prices are very reasonable and he always gets the job done in good time. Donna at Ideal Cabinets was Super helpful in showing us various Woodmode Cabinet options and finishes. As it turned out, our developer had committed our project to another cabinet supplier but I would have enjoyed working with Donna to design and complete our new kitchen. The showroom is compact but has lots of wonderful kitchen elements and design options to illustrate how they can design and put together the kitchen of your dreams.

I love the design of the kitchen. It is so functional. There is a place for everything which makes it so easy to keep everything tidy. Be sure to get the double silverware drawer organizer. I didn't think I needed it, but I love it and everyone who visits is in awe. I especially love ALL the drawers! The large pantry cabinets framing the refrigerator is like having a beautiful piece of furniture in my kitchen, which is important since our kitchen, dining, and living room space are all one. I envisioned a large island and Jennifer designed it perfectly. It is gorgeous and so functional. Perfect for entertaining. It really makes maximum use of our space. Jennifer was essential to the success of this project. She listen to my desires, answered my questions, offered ideas and turned it all into reality. Our retaining wall was 2 levels constructed of railroad ties that were falling apart. It was an eye sore. Dunn Landscape gave us a very reasonable quote to create a rock wall and it turned out even better than I had imagined. They put in steps so we can access the lower area and the staircase is stunning. Not only did they do great work, but they were so accommodating to every request and add on we had. They were so pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend them! We will definitely be using them again.

Graham and his crew recently completed a landscaping project on a significant hill in our back yard creating gorgeous steps and a usable space, with retaining walls, that have transformed the landscape into something to admire. Had an exceptional experience with Dos Amigos Landscaping. Over the summer, we had Dos Amigos do three hardscaping projects for us: 1) a firepit refurbishment, 2) outdoor stairway, 3) a retaining wall. The same crew (led by Diego) performed all the projects - they were the hardest working bunch I have ever seen, and their workmanship was exceptional. To my pleasant surprise the final invoice was below the originally provided estimate. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Dos Amigos to anyone, and they will certainly be my go-to landscapers for any future needs.
Charlottesville Tree Service (CTS) were fantastic from the quote to the removal of a few trees on our new property. I always get three or more quotes for services such as this and CTS was the most thorough in looking at our property and recommending what needed to be done and what did not need to be done. They said why trees that I thought needed to be removed did not and found a large white oak that I was not even considering taking out, should be. I am glad they found that tree since when it was taken out it was hollow throughout and would have caused extensive damage if it fell. The only tree service that caught that tree. They explained their process in great detail, were on time to do the work, and left no mess behind. Highly recommend them if you are looking for tree work.
We recently had a handful of trees removed from our property, some of which were in a tight spot on a hill between houses. I was super impressed with the teams' ability to work with the area given to get the job done in a timely manner without any damage.
Each interaction with the folks at Van Yahres has felt professional and positive, from the initial quote visit through the last stump grinding. When we need further tree-work done on our property we will definitely be calling them.

He showed me where and why limbs would be removed and where they could remain.
As a result my backyard canopy is intact and beautiful as ever.
Mr. Grubb operated the heavy machinery while his team removed limbs very quickly and efficiently.
Also- BIG value added- Luke used electric chainsaws and trimmers and had the lowest noise chipper I’ve ever heard.

Neighbors next door and visitors stopped to say how great the work looks! We agree - the Cox crew groomed the long row of 50+ yo cedars to remove dead branches; storm damage; bittersweet invasives at both at the ground & above to 10 feet; and remove competing trees for the health of a long fence row in two long days. Five stars for Kris Schmandt and hardworking crew that included Corbain, Cruz and Bryce. We are scheduling additional work when the bucket truck when wet ground dries to hard ground.

My biggest fear is the dentist.. well if i could give rugby dental a 20 star I would have.. the staff was amazing.. the staff knew I was afraid of the denist and went it for a cleaning and each step walk joke with me as we doing everything.. made me feel like I a staff member instead of a patient.. next minute I know we was done.. I love how they made me feel instead of a patient.. have to go back to get some more stuff done but I will recommend rugby dental to anyone ??? dr cox staff is great
100% recommend. Dr. Maybee is an absolute expert in his craft. I came to him after a very bad crown prep from another local dentist which left me with intense pain. I saw two endodontists both of which said I would likely need a root canal, one of which said my tooth was dying and would need pulled. Dr. Maybee encouraged me to have patience and allow it time to calm down and heal before jumping to root canal or pulling. Well it took a year to finally resolve the issue (I was not in pain this whole time) and tremendous patience on his part, but he absolutely SAVED my tooth and I now have a lovely crown on it and it’s still alive and healthy with blood flow to it. Dr. Maybee came highly recommended from a friend and I’m so glad I went to him. He has earned my trust and loyalty as a customer. His attention to detail, concern for doing what’s right rather than what is a quick fix or might make him more money, is what separates him from many other dentists in this day and age. He cares about his patients and doing what is right. His staff is also lovely and always make you feel welcome. I cannot express my gratitude enough for how he helped me. You will not regret using this practice.
I've been going to Dr. States since moving to Charlottesville about 10 years ago. At 73 years old, I have had several dentists in my life and Dr. States is the best. He seems very capable, calm and honest. And my wife likes him as well.
I'm new to the Charlottesville area. This was, by far, the most personalized dental experience I've ever had (nearing 40). Dr. Whitmer took great time and consideration to explain the science behind the care needed and got to know my needs personally. After seven different dentists throughout the past decade in the southeast, I plan to keep coming here as long as I live near Charlottesville. Old school approach with all the latest tech, the best of both worlds.

When I first found them over a year ago now I lived an hour and 15 minutes from the office. I had to move unexpectedly at the end of last year, so I now travel 2 hours both for my appointments weekly. Most people think crazy, but this office in 1 year have helped me make massive strides I haven’t made in over 6 years with endless therapies, medications, multi specialty provider support; which also included 2 surgeries. That’s life changing.
I have a variety of Dysautonomic conditions like POTs, Orthostatic Intolerance, and Fibromyalgia. I also have hyper-mobileEDS, Cervical Instability, Chronic Complex Migraines; as well as struggle with a lot of chronic muscle sprains, strains, spasms, and partial dislocations of many of my joints. My surgeries have been for my pelvic floor and spine to try and help with nerve damage from accidents. As you can imagine I have to have very mindful, educated, and dedicated care that is constantly evolving and learning.
I receive that type of care every time I come to the office. I go weekly to help not only maintain my health and quality of life, but to also steadily work to improve it where I’m able too since I’m disabled now. Thanks to Dr. Lynch and his team I’ve been able to cut back on so many medications for pain, and have even been able to start reducing the frequency in my abortive migraine meds I have to use as preventatives. As someone who would land in the hospital for missing my meds or Botox, this was a huge thing for me to notice in 1 year of treatment after suffering with these uses since 2015. My body can better tolerate exercise and basic everyday tasks which has allowed me to get added to a long waited list into a program that will directly study conditions like mine to help better create standards of care for all!
Most people like me can’t just receive the every day chiropractic care that most offices offer, but this office is definitely a type of care you can’t find anywhere else. The fact that so many of my specialists have been beyond grateful for Dr. Lynch and what his team have helped me achieve, and better maintain in regards to my quality of life, pain management, joint stability, and more is something that’s hard for me to even put into words. It’s why I’m in the process of now getting my daughter under their care whom has scoliosis and many other health issues.

My 2 kids have been seeing Doctor Evan for several months now. I had heard about chiropractic care for the nervous system at a conference and thought it may be worth a shot. My kids (ages 4 and 2) were having major sleep issues. They had trouble falling asleep and were waking up multiple times a night. After a week they were sleeping through the night! We have had some rough patches since then, but their sleep overall has improved tremendously! They are having fewer meltdowns and are calmer in general. I would highly recommend Dr. Evan. First let me say Dr. Adams does GENTLE movements to your body. I had quite a few injuries going on and Dr. Adams has done an excellent job of fixing them and at the same time keeping my body doing well. I have been very active over the years, running, tennis, golf, yard work and equestrian sports throughout. I have back, rotator cuff, shoulder, neck and foot issues. I’ll have been greatly improved by seeing Dr. Adams! She encourages you to keep doing what you love.

I have since moved from Charlottesville and no longer use the Cat Care Clinic, but I do find myself longing for them in my new home. When searching for the cause of my senior cats wheezing they not only found that he had inflamation in his lungs, but also knew that he would not be able to undergo treatment due to a heart murmur they discovered. They pointed me to a cat cardiologist for further care, and now, he almost seems to be getting younger and more spry with the years. I know he will not be with me forever, but I am grateful that they armed me with the knowledge I needed to provide the best care for him possible to enhance his golden years.
Dr. Garrett and staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our cat Milo's cancer diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Garrett always made time to talk over treatment ideas and explain our situation in ways that made sense. When it came time for the end, we were met with compassion and respect at every step. Everyone at old dominion made what is always a difficult decision and process go as smoothly as possible. We will miss Milo very much but it was comforting to go through this process with the competent, compassionate vets and staff.
My kitten broke his hip, he needed surgery and this was the only place that I could find that could do the complex procedure, I called two hours surrounding areas. The surgeon was excellent, explained everything he thought needed to be done, told me it was a long painful recovery and was kind, saying it wasn't awful if I didn't get it done (probably could tell I wasn't rich) I couldn't leave him broken so the surgery was scheduled immediately. They kept me informed the entire time. They did such a good job, I am so grateful. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because they accidentally shaved the wrong leg and another reason is it was incredibly expensive. Probably not higher than another place but to me it was expensive. I took out two credit cards and my savings. If you have an emergency and can afford it, definitely trust that your animal will get great care
From the staff to the doctor, everyone at Georgetown is top-notch. Dr. Manley listened to our concerns, treated our new rescue pup with care and patience, and we feel confident that he is in good hands with her!
This veterinary operation is not owned by a hedge fund. That is an immediate positive. Having said that, you need to have confidence in what you think you know about your dog. I understand why most dogs are neutered. My dogs are not. I do not support juvenile neuter. I think you should wait until your dog is fully grown before you make that decision. Initially at this practice I was encouraged to neuter my dog as a juvenile. I did not. I was warned that XYZ behavioral situations could occur. They did not. With my second dog I was also warned XYZ behavioral conditions could occur. I have decided to wait and see. That said, they know what they're doing with the exception of my critiques above. And they're not owned by a hedge fund. Which is a problem occurring in the veterinary clinic and animal insurance organizations.
I recently boarded my 15 year old cat for the first time in his life. I am sure he missed me but he was well-cared for and ate which was my concern. The cat boarding facilities are spacious & designed for maximum comfort for the kitties.
I would definitely recommend Creatures Great & Small for cat boarding.

I spent a long time searching for a studio to continue my yoga practice in college, and I'm so glad I found FlyDog! I love the variety of classes that are offered and the atmosphere is so welcoming and positive! No matter your experience level or goals, there's something for everyone. All of the instructors are wonderful, and there's such a close, supportive sense of community!

Common Ground Healing Arts had been located in the Jefferson School on the second floor. For whatever reason they had to move out of their space. Among the services they offer is acupuncture on a sliding scale. Sam, one of the therapists has a magic touch. When he is finished with me I am so relaxed that I can hardly drive home. This nonprofit organization is one of the best in Charlottersville.
I’m from out of town and used NOWyoga for a bachelorette private class. It was a highlight of our trip and I would recommend to anyone looking for some personalized for a special event. Communication throughout the planning process was great. The price was very fair and included mat/props as well as a sweet flower. Our teacher, Lauren, really understood the assignment in terms of playlist and what we wanted out of the class. It’s a beautiful space and felt so special for the weekend. Thank you so much NOWyoga!

A great first experience at Posture Studio, trying Pilates for the first time. Lisa explained the principles and offered guidance in an enjoyable and engaging manner.There was plenty of opportunity for personal attention in the six-person class. In fact, Lisa tuned into a slight injury that I am recovering from without me bringing it up, and helped me accommodate.I appreciate how I could feel that so many muscle groups were activated, so my body felt all-around invigorated. At the same time as it was quite a gentle workout - at least for this initial experience. Looking forward to returning & learning more.
I’m so glad one day I just decided to try something new! Every instructor is kind and knowledgeable, welcoming to new members and all abilities. It’s such a good workout for your body and also helps quiet the mind. Give it a try!

I initially came for the novelty, I then stayed for the coaches that I’ve come to like, and I have been committed because of the challenge of the workout plans.

I went to Jenna for a full body deep tissue massage and was truly blown away. I often leave deep tissue massages feeling like the pressure wasn’t quite enough for the level of tension I carry - NOT the case with Jenna! She was able to release even my tightest muscles while relaxing me almost to the point of sleep. She incorporated stretches, not in a way that took away time from the massage, but in a way that enhanced her massage technique. Finally, my 90 minute massage truly incorporated every muscle, and the full 90 minutes were spent in massage (unlike other places where a 90 min massage is really 80 minutes). The free add-ons (hot stones, aromatherapy, hot towels, etc) were the cherry on top. I will never go anywhere in town ever again!

If you are looking for a sports massage, Move Medical is the best place to go. After several sessions with Desiree, I’ve come to really appreciate the various treatments they can provide, and feel the benefits.
As a mountain biker who supplements riding with gym work, I consider Move Medical (especially Desiree) to be part of my performance plan, and essential to recovery and durability.
Sam is a fantastic practitioner. She is deeply committed to her craft and continues to expand her knowledge to assist her clients. She has a warm personality, is adaptable, and caring. She also gives great suggestions with stretches to aid in recovery and mobility.

I was seeking out a massage therapist to help reduce the pain in my shoulder from what is called a SLAP tear. I went through PT but the pain only went away when they did massage, but it was only for 10 minutes at a time.. I found Rachel and after just a few months, my pain went away. I now see Rachel regularly to help with any pain or tightness I feel in my body. I highly recommend her. She is amazing!

I had a wonderful massage experience about a month ago with Christina! It was an outside appt.; the weather was perfect and the massage was just what I needed! She was able to relax all the “knots” that stress caused me. Christina’s location was beautiful and very easy to find. WIM was the perfect place to go for my PT needs. Emma was fabulous, listened to my issues and demonstrated exercises completely. She answered all of my questions. Emma and the team at WIM were very supportive, helpful and accessible.

For many years, Christie, a thoughtful professional, has provided me excellent care. Each session begins with “How are you feeling?” She customizes treatment for each condition, with recommendations for diet, or essential oils or products that I could try for relief. Christie introduced me to Dr. Bob’s Medicated oil, a life changing pain reliever; Breathe Right, and customized blends made just for me. Doctor’s had no suggestion for the numbness in my left leg. It took about six months and through treatments it has gone away. Each challenge I have she tries to bring relief, for example, shoulder and back pain with successful results. Seeds help with sleep issues. Earlier this year, she added Facial rejuvenation to my treatment plan. Recently, a friend I hadn’t seen in a year remarked how great I look!
