Mike was very efficient and competent. He was familiar with our house from a previous visit, which made his work somewhat easier. He detected a problem with one of our systems, fixed it quickly. We have only the highest praise for Mike and for Beck-Cohen.

Called tech line for help after hours. Did not id herself until asked if this was tech line. Offered no assistance except to schedule a $250./per half hour appt. When asked for more help stated unavailable to even verify me as customer since she did not have her computer with her.$250/the company came out after reducing charge to $84. Found same motor was gone but still under warranty. Still large labor charge but will put in and restore heat once it was paid in full.12/10/2023 tech arrive with scant speech. Got to work rapidly. Motor replaced and he checked working status. We have heat. Had paperwork signed in friendly manner and answered all questions. No real warranty...read full review

Had new ducts added, multi-zone and whole house heat pump installed.Quality, engineering, communications, service, and follow thru are outstanding!They took the time to make sure unit actually delivered comfort throughout the house…Duct pressure testing and leak fixing was a excellent service as it had issues I was not aware of.Thanks for the outstanding service!
