Carpet Plus from first call to getting my warranty info on my new flooring was so smooth and exactly what I didn’t even know I wanted in an experience with a company like this. I have worked with Carpet Plus for many years and my experience with the sales team and the installers just gets better and better over time. Currently, kudos to Brian (Yes, You, Brian!) who makes arranging so easy; Tim, who comes to the house with ideas and samples; Mike and Ricky, two first class installers (that is not an exaggeration) and kind guys, and Tristan, the recent (I believe) apprentice, who is making a fine start from what I can tell. Then there's Courtney who walked me through a confusing potential mix-up with finesse, kindness, flexibility and patience. Shall I continue? I think I've made my point!
