1) Top notch talent - Jesse, Kevin, and Evan were all experienced, professional, and amazing to work with. They even stayed until after 8pm on a Friday to make sure we had heat and AC for the weekend.
2) Transparency and integrity - I never once felt like I was being pushed or upsold in any way. While I did opt for a new system versus a repair, Jesse was extremely generous with his time and helped answer all my questions before making this big investment. He also provided various options for repair versus a new system, and the choice was entirely mine.
3) Family-owned culture - Unlike many of the other HVAC companies in our area that are now owned by private equity, Zephyr is still independent. There is no call center when you call, they give one hour appointment windows, and they treat their customers with care.
4) They have a clear “do it right the first time” approach - They do not cut corners and even fixed a kinked refrigerant line that Craig Builders had bent when putting on our siding. They invest in their customers for a long-term relationship.

I am grateful that I was referred to Zephyr by a family friend who praised their integrity, and I suggest others give them a shot for any future HVAC service.“

“I called RE Bogg’s to request an appointment for someone to come out to give me a quote for a new HVAC system. The HVAC had stopped working the day before and the temperature was 95 degrees. I was immediately transferred to Steve. Steve came out the same day to review my existing system. He also brought a window air conditioner for me to use and it did not matter if I did or didn’t buy a unit from him. However, during conversation, Steve determined that I did not need to replace the unit - only needed to replace a part. He left and came back with a replacement part that worked!!
