“Blue Ridge installed a new ductless HVAC system in my home last May 2021. They were my third estimate, and offered a great price which was installed within the month. I love the system. Its quiet, matches my decor, and is cheaper to run than the window AC units I had, and the wood and space heaters I used in the winter. I'm also appreciative of them because they installed a chimney liner and pipe along with new filter and shut off valve so I could run my Kuma oil stove for heat during power outages. I had gotten that stove brand new to replace an old one in 2014 and couldn't find anyone willing to hook it up for me so it sit for 8 years. One man didn't even know what it was. So now I can settle into old age and just hit a switch for heat and air. I loved everyone and everything at BRS from the ladies in the office, the office decor, the prices, the service, the promptness, the gents who installed everything, and their sales manager Randy. He and they made me feel special. Am also always impressed by anyone willing to go under my house into a low tight dark crawl space. Am probably going to get a whole home backup generator from them, too. My comfort is their business... Well I'm truly comforted. Based on my experience with them, I highly recommend them for your heating and air needs.“

“Long term good, reliable installation and service. We did a major remodel about 8 years ago and wanted to go with a geothermal heat pump for the cheaper heat, hot water option, and the warmer air output, and the tax credit option. We were also having a well drilled at the same time so I asked the well driller if he had any recommendations for a geothermal installation company. (Wells are needed for closed loop geo systems.) He said that he could only recommend 2 local HVAC contractors based on his experience. I was familiar with one and knew they were good but also very expensive. REBoggs was the other so Reb came out and talked with me and my general contractor. I could tell Reb knew what he was talking about and the rapport between him, my contractor, and me, was honest and open. Reb wrote up a few options, and in the end, after the tax credit, the geo was only slightly more expensive than a regular heat pump. We also got service contracts (2 preventative visits a year) for this geo heatpump, and 2 standard heatpumps already on the property. Here it is 8 years later and we are still happy with Boggs. We've only needed 2 actual "service calls" in that time and both were handled quickly and without any complications. Reliable and trustworthy. I would recommend them.“
